Each academic year beginning in September, the Headmaster will award scholarships to children of outstanding ability. These are awarded for art, music, sport, academic and in exceptional circumstances, an all-rounder, which encompasses all of the above.  Scholarships results in a reduction of fees, by a percentage, which is retained throughout a pupil’s time at Langley Preparatory School at Taverham Hall, subject to satisfactory progress.

To find out more about our Scholarships visit: scholarships.

It is important to differentiate between scholarships and bursaries. The aim of the bursary programme is to help children who are sufficiently able to meet our entry requirements but would be unable to attend the school without financial assistance.

Consequently, bursaries are based on means-testing and are provided for pupils whose parents could not otherwise afford to send their child(ren) to our Independent School in Norwich.
