The second half of the Summer term brought along many more fun activities to help our Toddlers develop in all areas of learning. Summer Ball Art

Headmaster’s Commendations were awarded to Molly, Louisa and Pippa Crabtree, Ezra Leverett, Alexander Conway, Will Barker and Madeleine Clements for their fantastic insect creations which are still proudly hanging in the Inner Hall and provided excellent decoration for the school’s MidSummer Ball which took place on 2nd July.

MidSummer Ball

An evening full of fun, music and dance was had at the school’s Midsummer Ball which took place on Friday 2nd July. The black tie ball, which was a sell out, enjoyed music provided by the dynamic and versatile KJB Band (www.the-kjb.com) whilst the delicious 3 course menu was served by Eat Well Catering, owners of The St.Giles Rooms in Norwich (www.eat-well.com).

Year 7′s Field Trip to the Apple Store

Our Year 7 pupils undertook a Field Trip to the Apple Store in Norwich and, once again, a fantastic morning full of creativity and fun was the result.

The girls and boys started off with an introduction by the Apple Store team who handed out their yellow Field Trip T-shirts for the day.

The subject of the trip was Garage Band, which is a program on Apple Macs that allows you to compose and edit your own music using real instruments or using a huge variety of beats and rhythms that are built into the program. Read the rest of this entry »

U12 Cricket County Champions

Taverham Hall School’s Under 12’s cricket team had an amazing run in the County Cup winning the final by 39 runs against Norwich School on Monday 5thJuly having beaten Hellesdon High School in the first round, North Walsham High School in the quarter final and Beeston Hall in the semi-final. Science Fun on Egg Day!
