African Drum Ensemble perform at the Norfolk Music Festival – 2nd March

One of Taverham Hall’s four African drum ensembles, Wufofo, performed at the Norfolk County Music Festival on Monday. The adjudicator was Christopher Goody, a professional percussionist who regularly plays with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and English National Opera. Norfolk County Music Festival – 2nd & 12th March

Taverham Hall hosts the annual Norwich Middle School league fixture – 12th March

There were 15 teams in both the boys and girls races. The boys race being won by Taverham middle school in a close race with The Avenues (who were only 2 points behind). Drayton won the girls race with Old Catton second. Read the rest of this entry »
