Year 3 visit to St. Edmunds Church – 6th May

Hands on the Past teach us about the Second World War- 18th May

Year 5 put their problem-solving skills to the test – 22nd May

Year 3 Outside History lesson on the Celts – 22nd May

In order to obtain an insight into Celtic building techniques Year 3 progressed to clearing by the river where they gathered sticks, willow, water, earth and straw.  Using these materials, in teams of 3 or 4, they manufactured a section of wattle and daub wall. Read the rest of this entry »
