As part of their Post Common Entrance Programme Year 8 undertook a Field Trip to the Apple Store in Norwich and a fantastic morning full of creativity and fun was the result.
The girls and boys started off with an iPad Tour followed by working with iMovies.
Their task was to produce a short film, using photos in iPhoto as well as creating their own background images and effects to create themes.
This was followed by editing the results in iMovies by adding text and transitions, background music and exciting introductions.
Finally the results were burned onto DVDs using iDVD where the pupils needed to create menu screens and decide on scene selection.
The Apple Store Team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and provided each pupil with their own DVD to take home as well as a Field Trip T-Shirt.
