A team from the School enjoyed a successful outing at the annual Eight-Schools Athletics Competition alongside St. Faiths, King's Ely, Wisbech Grammar, Brandeston Hall, Beeston Hall, Town Close and of course, Greshams themselves.
We saw some exceptional individual performances, with Jake setting new Taverham Hall Under-13 Boys records in both the 200 metres and the Shot Putt.
Jake also won his 100 metre event, whilst Ben earned a well-deserved Second in the Under-14 100 metres and Nell took first place in her Under-14 Discus event.
Elliott also had a good day, taking Second in both his Hurdles and High Jump events, whilst Tom performed well in both his 200 metres and the Long Jump.
On a personal note, a big "well done" to all the team for their excellent behaviour and focus (from the bus driver).
