Congratulations to Ross Hamilton for completing the Paris Marathon on the 6th April in the very respectable time of 3 hrs. 46 mins. - not many people break that four-hour barrier - then completing the London Marathon on the 13th in 3hr. 56 mins. despite some damage to one of his feet. Congratulations too to his wife Caris, who ran the Paris course in 4hrs. 56 mins.
These images from the Paris Marathon speak volumes about Ross's courage, and his determination in raising money over £1200 (as of 25th April) for East Anglia's Children's Hospice. The school is very proud of him, and not a little awed by his efforts.
It is not too late to contribute: see Mr. Hamilton himself, or go online at www.justgiving.com/rosshamilton.
