As a conclusion to the Year 3 History topic of the Celts we visited Cockley Cley, a reconstructed Iceni village. As well as the village the children were able to see spinning and weaving demonstrations and were fascinated by a display of corn dollies and the stories behind them.
The village never fails to impress and helps the children to gain some idea of how people lived at this time.
