Shai stars in TV’s ‘Horrible Histories: Gory Games’

Congratulations to Year 5 pupil Shai M who stars in an episode of CBBC’s ‘Horrible Histories: Gory Games’ to be broadcast on Monday at 15:40.

Shai is a huge fan of ‘Horrible Histories: Gory Games’ and when he was given the opportunity to apply for a place on the show he didn’t think twice. He undertook both a telephone and Skype interview, answering questions such as “Who is your favourite person from history?” Shai was thrilled to learn that he was selected and as a result attended London’s famous Elstree Studios to record the episode.

Shai loved the experience and was given a T-shirt signed by one of the presenters to take home – what a day to remember!

Co-hosted by comedian Dave Lamb and rat puppet Rattus Rattus, ‘Gory Games’ sees three horrible historians test their knowledge about the beastly bits of history.
