Taverham Hall Preparatory School’s Remembrance display includes five ceramic poppies purchased from the Tower of London installation.
Look closely at the display case in the Outer Hall and you will see the names of former pupils who died in the Second World War. This tribute has been etched into the glass by our Head of DT, Mr Forsey, using the School’s laser cutter.
Organised by the Royal British Legion, the official poppy appeal has been running since 1921, the same year that Taverham Hall Preparatory School was founded.
The School has a wide range of poppy products including traditional paper poppies available from the School Office, should you wish to show your support. Every £1 given for a poppy goes towards the provision of services for veterans, serving personnel and their families
